6. Stress Management Program

The 4-lesson program is focused on applying the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to reduce stress and achieve a greater sense of well-being. It starts by introducing learners to stress and its causes, and various coping strategies to manage it. It then teaches learners problem-solving and assertive communication methods, like helpful self-talk and self-soothing techniques. Lastly, learners will uncover what graded exposure is to combat behaviors like procrastination and perfectionism. This course is delivered in a story-based format following a protagonist who is learning stress management practices. It also contains workbooks and activities so learners can put what they’ve learned into practice. A downside of this course though is that it only grants 90-day access and there’s a 5-day lockout period between lessons, which may not be ideal for fast learners.
