5. Essentials of Electrical Safety

The Essentials of Electrical Safety course from Alison is a free online course that teaches learners the basics of electricity safety. The course covers topics such as the seven electrical safety essentials, the different types of electrical hazards, and how to prevent electrical accidents. It also touches on general safety rules for working with electricity and lists down incidents that can cause electrocution. 

The course is divided into five modules, each of which takes about only 20 minutes to complete. To get a certificate, one must get 80% or higher in each course assessment. While this course is free, you’ll need to pay for the certificate.
