Effective 17 February 2022, we have updated our existing Acceptable Use Policy. We have created a FAQ that you can read here.
Thank you for continuing to use our services responsibly!
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is applicable to and binding on all users of the EdApp platform and any other services provided by EdApp. The Account Holder is responsible for third parties (including End Users) access and use of the EdApp platform.
You agree not to, and not to allow third parties (including End Users) to do any of the following in connection with the EdApp platform:
Violation of this AUP may lead to suspension or termination of the Account Holder or End User’s account or legal action. In addition, the Account Holder may be required to pay for the costs of investigation and remedial action related to AUP violations. EdApp reserves the right to take any other remedial action it sees fit.
EdApp requests that anyone with information about a violation of this AUP report it via e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide the date and time (with time zone) of the violation and any identifying information regarding the violator, including e-mail or IP address if available, as well as details of the violation.
EdApp also may report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators or other appropriate third parties.
EdApp may change this AUP at any time by posting a new version on this page. The new version will become effective on the date of such notice.
