Monica Vinader's Sustainability Pledge As a brand founded to empower women, we strive to lead a business that is ethical and caring, socially and environmentally responsible, diverse and inclusive. To help us better deliver to the United Nations Sustainability Goals, we have joined the United Nations Global Compact. This means every year we will report progress on Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-corruption.

What is a circular economy? A circular economy keeps natural resources in use for as long as possible. This is best described as make, use and re-use. This is more environmentally friendly than a linear economy. A linear economy is best described as make, use and dispose. A linear economy can have a negative impact on the environment. On the next slide, let's look at a few examples of circular vs linear economies.
