Option 1 Simply do the legal marriage bit with two or three witnesses. Then have a Canada or Wales wedding later.

Option 2 Elope... and do the marriage bit with some friends and have a wedding celebration with them on that day. Then a small ‘celebration wedding-ish' type party in Canada and Wales when Covid allows.

Option 3 Drink smoothies whilst you wait to do the marriage and wedding together whenever Covid isn't a health threat.
