Site Tour

Objective A site tour is meant to familiarize new employees with the different areas of the wash. From the break room to the back room, the tunnel to the vacuum lot... you'll learn how the wash operates, what makes for a world class customer experience... and learn about the safe work practices meant to keep you out of harm's way. Let's get started!

The pay station is typically where customers pay for their wash. Greeting them with a smile and a wave is a perfect way to make a great first impression. Help them select a wash, inform them of our Unlimited Wash Club Memberships and keep an eye out for of any incompatible parts.

Site Tour

As the name suggests, the prep area is where we guide the cars onto the track and prepare them for the wash. Depending on the wash package they've purchased or the region in which you work, you may be scrubbing the front bumpers and windshield, applying some bug prep or using a high pressure hose. This area is action packed, so for your safety stay out of the way of moving vehicles and avoid stepping on the rails or into the track!

Site Tour

Once they exit the tunnel, our customers enjoy access to our vacuum lot. Here they may put the finishing touches on their wash experience with high powered vacuums, compressed air and detail kits. It can be a social scene, and a busy area, so keep your head on a swivel and watch for moving vehicles. And don't forget to compliment the shine from the Polymer Pro!

Site Tour

Customers also have access to our free mat cleaners. They are an excellent way for customers to put the finishing touches on the interior of their vehicles, but can be dangerous if misused. These are strictly for adult customer use only, NO CHILDREN!
