You can also change the response types to match the type of field you need to display (e.g., free-text, question, etc.).
Select “Next” to move into the “Report” phase of your inspection setup. (You can also setup any Report Preferences formatting you want to associate to your inspection report).
Select “Next” again to move into the “Share” phase of your inspection setup Select “Save & exit” in the upper-right corner

Generate Inspection Reports
Mobile Here's how to generate an inspection report on the mobile app! In the app, select "Inspections" from the menu across the bottom. Choose the "In Progress & Complete" tab from the top and navigate to a complete inspection. Click into this inspection and hit "View & Download Report". You can now apply any predefined preferences (don't worry, we'll show you how to create these later). If you have no report preferences set up, you can choose which information to filter out/include in your report. If you want this report in PDF format, choose either; "Download PDF" or "Send PDF". For Word or to create a weblink, use the 3 dots in the top corner.
Web App Login to iAuditor on the web. Select "Inspections" from the left hand menu. Click into the desired inspection to view the web report. Again, here you can select any predefined preferences, or, if you have none, choose which information to filter out or include. You can now hit the PDF button to download in this format, or hit the Share button to create a link to the web report. If you want to export to Word, use the drop down icon next to the PDF button!
Use Report Preferences

Report Preferences: Email Templates Once you've created your Report Preference and hit "Create and next" you will be presented with the option to edit an email template. The email template allows you to specify the To:, CC:, and BCC: fields, whilst pulling information from the inspection into the body of the email. These details will auto-populate when the inspection is sent from the mobile app. Please note, this will only work with the devices native email application.
Report Preferences: How To Use Whilst a Report Preference can be set to default for a template, you can apply them once you have conducted a report. Press the “Preferences” button in the top right corner. (If you see “Filters” instead of “Preferences”, this means that no preferences have been set up for this inspection's template) Select the desired preference from the available list. To apply additional filters hit the > icon. Choose items to add or remove for this specific report if required. Hit "Done" to generate the report. If on a mobile device, hit Send PDF to open the pre-populated email.
