1. Result-based Management
This management development course prepares managers to switch to result-based management. This course starts by discussing the difference between management and leadership and then discusses the foundations of output-based management, which is a management style that puts trust in employees. It then talks about how to foster a result-based culture by using VOI²C²E (Vision, Opportunity, Incentives, Impact, Entrepreneurship) which are things to consider when developing employee commitment. Lastly, it highlights the importance of measuring performance to see how your employees are progressing.

2. Leadership and Coaching/Management Styles
This course is best to roll out to budding managers. It explores the different leadership styles and the competencies that come with them. After identifying those styles, it then teaches how to implement them and when to use each style appropriately. Lastly, learners will uncover best practices when onboarding new employees to help integrate them into the workplace.
