EdApp Diversity Workshop - Karamo's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Training

1. Karamo's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Training

EdApp’s Karamo's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Training is a great primer for workplaces with diverse teams. What’s special about this diversity workshop is that your team will gain necessary inclusion tips directly from Karamo Brown, an American TV host best known for his role as the culture expert in Netflix’s Queer Eye.

This diversity workshop kicks off with a lesson defining the true meaning behind diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), the differences among these concepts, and the benefits of applying them in the workplace. There's also a lesson discussing the concept of unconscious bias and microaggressions, and how these actions affect the workplace. From there, Karamo goes over helpful tips to address and counter these diversity issues and make a workplace safer and more inclusive for everyone.

There will be a series of quizzes and assessments in this diversity workshop to help with your learners' retention. They're delivered through game formats to combat the lack of motivation commonly associated with corporate training.
