3. Bullying and Harassment

The Australian HR Institute (AHRI) has an online course on Bullying and Harassment. In this 90-minute session, employees will be introduced to the concepts of bullying and harassment, the responsibilities and obligations of their managers and leaders, and the different resolution options available in cases of bullying in the workplace. They will also be provided with a case study so that they can better understand the topic through a practical example.
