EdApp and Colgate-Palmolive win the Brandon Hall Excellence Award 2020

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been recognized by the prestigious Brandon Hall Group as the Gold winner for Best Advance in Performance Support Technology for Crisis Management, for our program with Colgate-Palmolive.

Known for being fiercely competitive and prestigious, the Brandon Hall Excellence Awards recognize leaders and innovators across L&D, talent management strategies, leadership development, talent acquisition, workforce management, and sales performance. The award-winners are internationally recognized for the leading practices that have impacted business objectives and performance, so it’s an honor to be recognized along with our amazing partners at Colgate-Palmolive.

We are truly delighted that, together with EdApp, we built it in record time, leveraging a new technology, enabling deployment globally and addressing the need to deliver to both Colgate employees and external partners.
-Dhiren Doshi, Learning Partner, Colgate-Palmolive

Colgate-Palmolive leveraged EdApp to implement a Return to Workplace learning solution in light of the challenges of returning to work in a post-COVID-19 world. As a global leader in the FMCG space, Colgate-Palmolive is a caring, innovative growth company, whose products reach more than 200 countries and territories around the world. With more than 37,000 employees around the world, the leading organization drives a continuous learning mindset to accommodate and support their diverse global organization and its functions.

In the wake of COVID-19 and as companies slowly began to return to the office, Colgate-Palmolive wanted a safety training software to ensure the safety and support of all their employees. Through our platform, the FMCG leader created a comprehensive collection of courseware which initially launched to support their teams across the United States with plans to expand across the globe. With the help of EdApp, Colgate-Palmolive quickly authored, branded, and deployed their invaluable content at scale, which was developed in 30 days.

The crucial microlessons are completely custom, to align with Colgate-Palmolive’s innovative brand. Course content includes mandatory mask and temperature check requirements, customer interaction guidelines, and more. The interactive program has ensured that all of Colgate-Palmolive’s factory employees feel safe and confident to return to work. With the help of EdApp’s AI translation feature, the program is available in 15 languages and can be easily accessed straight from employees’ smartphones. Beyond the program’s practicality, Colgate-Palmolive’s employees have enjoyed completing their Return to Workplace courses and provided positive feedback on its effectiveness, interactive elements, and more.

It’s fantastic to see our platform recognized, together with our friends at Colgate-Palmolive. Congratulations to both teams for creating amazing and invaluable courseware that has truly made an impact by supporting teams through a global pandemic.
